The woman accusing Ceelo Green of sexual battery claims to have a secret recording in which he admits to slipping her a drug – possibly Ecstasy – and having sex with her.
According to TMZ, the woman claims the 38-year-old judge on “The Voice”–born Thomas DeCarlo Callaway–brought her to a downtown L.A. restaurant in July, where they had a drink.
According to the police report, the accuser says she remembers nothing about their encounter, except later waking up lying naked in a bed with Green.
LAPD police have questioned restaurant staffers about the alleged incident. After filing a police report, detectives also had the woman tape “a call in which she tried to get Green admit to a crime,” according to the New York Daily News.
TMZ reports claim that on the recording, Green repeatedly apologizes and mentions MDMA, also known as Ecstasy. Allegedly, Green also states he thought the drug would make their evening better. Although, he never mentions slipping anything into her drink.
Firing back, a lawyer for the popular “Forget You” singer says the woman only went to police after hiring a civil lawyer and having her request for money denied.
“Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else,” Green told TMZ in an interview on Wednesday.
