The highly-anticipated nuptials from A-list couple Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade are slated for August 30, but mum is the word. The lovebirds are forcing their wedding guests to sign a non-disclosure agreement or pay a hefty fine. Everyone, including the couple’s family, close friends, and celebrity associates, is instructed to leave cell phones and cameras at home.
Not only will guests have to maintain a zipped-lip with regards to the couple’s wedding, the workers on the premises, such as vendors, caterers, wedding planners, and security, will have to put pen to paper to prove they’ll keep quiet about the affair too.
This will be the second marriage for both Union and Wade, who have been together for five years. Union, 41, was married to former NFL running back Chris Howard for four years. No children were born from the marriage.

Wade, nine years Union’s junior, was married to his high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Funches, who is also the mother of his two sons. The pair went their separate ways in 2007 after five years of marriage. The divorce proceedings were a media firestorm, with accusations and character assassinations coming from both parties, including slander of Union for allegedly destroying a marriage. In March 2011, Wade was given sole custody of his two young boys with his ex.
Of course, there’s no word on how Wade and Union will enforce the fine.
