The song is said to be written by Jackson and Paul Anka and recorded by Jackson in 1983 while the massive Thriller album was atop the charts. The song was previously unheard by the public until Reid and hitmakers Timbaland, Rodney Jerkins, Stargate, Jerome “Jroc” Harmon, and John McClain began working on updating the songs.
Producers John McClain and Paul Anka finished the track laying Jackson’s vocals on top of an 80s inspired groove that sounds classic but fresh. “Love Never Felt So Good,” will be accompanied with seven other unreleased tracks from Jackson’s vault when Xscape is officially released on May 13th.
