Frank Ocean made a huge splash in the music scene this year and his hard work is beginning to pay off. Big time.

At the 2013 GRAMMY Awards, the 25-year-old singer will lead the pack with six nominations in categories such as Best New Artist, Record of the Year (“Thinkin Bout You”) and the coveted Album of the Year (Channel Orange).

His reaction? “wow…” and “WTF,” were followed by a surprised emoji posted to his official Tumblr page.

Ocean will be joined by indie pop band fun., folk-rock band Mumford & Sons, The Black Keys’ drummer Dan Auerbach, as well as rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West who all scored six nods in their respective categories.

Kaleidoscope Dream singer Miguel didn’t make out too bad either.

On the strength of his second studio album, the 26-year-old crooner is up for five nominations that include Song of the Year, Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song– all for “Adorn.” Kaleidoscope Dream has also been nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album, along with Ocean’s Channel Orange and Chris Brown‘s Fortune.

The 55th annual GRAMMY Awards will air live on Feb. 10 at 8/7c on CBS. Check out the full list of nominees here!
