By now, you’ve probably heard about the fight that occurred between Olivier Martinez, Halle Berry‘s fiancee, and Gabriel Aubry, Halle’s ex and father of their daughter Nahla Aubry. But the Los Angeles Superior Court recently released photos of Gabriel’s bruised and battered face after the Thanksgiving Day altercation.
I had assumed Olivier lost the fight, basically because I like Gabriel, and I think he’s just a father trying to spend time with his daughter. But he sustained at least one broken rib and several contusions to his face during the fight with Olivier, who is a former professional boxer. I also think the fight was a set up to “prove” Gabriel’s an unfit father so Halle and Olivier can live in marital bliss in France. A month or so ago, a court ruled that Halle couldn’t move their daughter away from her father in L.A.
Obviously, I don’t know what’s what in this really sad situation. But I think Halle, Gabriel, and Olivier should be able to play like mature adults for the sake of Nahla, who I’m sure has been traumatized by all this drama.
