Ingredients
- 1 oz. pumpkin-infused The Glenrothes Select Reserve
- 1 oz. The King’s Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 mint sprig (for garnish)
Directions
- To infuse the scotch, peel, clean, and cut small 2-by-2-inch pieces of sugar pumpkin, salt very lightly, and roast for about 20 minutes on 250 degrees. Add to scotch in a resealable container and let rest for two days. Strain off and re-bottle. Keep refrigerated.
- Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with angostura bitters and a mint sprig.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz. The Glenrothes Vintage 1998
- 3/4 oz. Earl Grey tea
- 1/2 oz. Italian vermouth (Cocchi Torino)
- 1/2 oz. Pages Poire Liqueur
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Directions
- Simply combine all ingredients, shake, and stir.
Sleepy Hollow Cocktail (Created by Kenneth McCoy, Ward III)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Yamazaki 12 year Japanese single malt whisky
- 1/2 oz. Laird’s Applejack
- 1/2 oz. Gran Classico bitters
- 1 splash of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1 splash of honey water
- 3 cloves
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass, including cloves and ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled rocks glass, adding one large ice cube
and a stick of cinnamon.
