In a Starting Point interview with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, host Soledad O’Brien asked him about the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and specifically about a comment by Maureen Dowd — formerly the chief strategist for the Bush-Cheney 2004 presidential campaign — that it could take some time to determine what, exactly, occurred in Libya.
“So we’re going to blame this on Bush, too?” Giuliani asked.
