The physical altercation between pop princess Rihanna and R&B bad boy Chris Brown was the fight heard ’round the world. The two superstars lives changed dramatically after photos of a battered Rihanna spread all over the internet. Domestic violence is a conversation that’s never over and with October being Domestic Violence Month, there’s a buzz around the sad topic.

Three students at New York State’s Waverly High School depicted the Rihanna and Chris fight at a pep rally. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the white students painted their faces black to re-enact that fateful night in 2009.
The pep rally was packed with students high on cheers, school spirit and being out of class, but no one thought that this was a bad idea.
