Celebrity endorsements are the equivalent of moneymaking gold for companies banking on celebrity faces to earn your trust–and dollars. But there is always the exception to every rule. Check out this list of some fishy, and in some cases, downright embarrassing, celebrity endorsements.
1.) Rush Card
Where do we begin with this card? We would all like to believe that Uncle Rush has our best interests at heart, and with such a heartwarming moniker, how could you not? But this card may have a lot of ‘splaining to do. Russell Simmons endorses the prepaid debit card as the first step on a path to financial freedom. But with an impressive array of fees, the road to financial independence might take a lot longer to travel.
