Every year you do it. You get fed up with your procrastinating ways, annoyed with your unorthodox eating habits and grow disgusted by your ever growing body that grows every time you pass the mirror. So what do you do? What every other person does at the end of the year, make a New Year’s resolution. And two months later? Your back to square one.
