Queen Bey does it again! Snagging a spot on the cover of Germany’s Interview magazine collector’s issue and prancing around social media in her “7/11” music video over the weekend are just a few things the pop singer is up to.
Not one to rest on her laurels even if she pretty much broke the internet only days ago, Beyoncé released the video for “Haunted” on Monday. Throughout the steamy video, she is rocking all-black lace and a crown. The song is included in the second trailer for the anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey film that is scheduled to hit the big screen February 2015.
In the video, Beyoncé is seen arriving at a rather creepy hotel, but only the 33-year-old star could turn the dark scene into a glamorous one. The well-dressed singer turned up the heat by bearing all of her curves. She wears a cape and suspenders with perfectly wavy, golden 1920s coif to seal the look. She finished with a shimmering eye shadow and dark purple lipstick in each of the scenes.
Rumor has it that Beyoncé has been working on the soundtrack for the Fifty Shades trilogy by E. L. James. “Haunted” — from her 2013 self-titled album — has been used for the previous trailer and a slowed down version of “Crazy in Love” sets the tone of the story.
As if her list of surprises would ever cease, today the BEYONCE Platinum Edition Box Set has been released worldwide. On Friday, “7/11” and “Ring Off” were available for fans to listen to. The box set features four new remixes with Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Mr. Vegas, and Pharrell. The rest of the videos of her self-titled album are available on Vevo.
Fans can also look forward to the “LIVE” DVD featuring 10 live performances from the “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” the original audio CD, the original DVD featuring 17 music videos, and the official 2015 Beyoncé mini calendar.
