“I picked up my first camera at age 16 and I’ve never looked back,” says photographer Marc Baptiste. The Port-au-Prince, Haiti native has since shot luminaries such as Shakira, Idris Elba and Jada Pinkett Smith as well as the Obamas.
However, shutters and lenses aren’t the only tools that ignite his passion. “I am a very visual person and anything new that catches my eye I have to have,” admits Baptiste, who lives in New York City with his wife and twin daughters. Here’s his take on his latest favorite tricked out contraptions.
