“Goodies” singer Ciara is a blushing bride on the new August/September cover of Brides magazine. Wearing a delicately embroidered Reem Acra gown, complete with sheer sleeves and soft scoop neckline, the 28 year old dished on her upcoming wedding and how she knew Future was the one for her.
“[I knew Future was the one] very early on,” Ciara revealed. “He came with something that I’d never felt before: the true presence of a man.”
She also offered a little hint about what kind of wedding dress we can expect to see her in on the big day. “My everyday style is what I call ‘tomboy chic,’” Ciara tells us. “But for my wedding, I’m going to do elegance with a little edge.”
Romantically linked to rappers Bow Wow and 50 Cent, the Georgia native confirmed rumors of her pregnancy on “The View” in January. Her and fiancé Future, real name Nayvadious Cash, born their first child together, Future Jr., in May in Los Angeles. Future has three other children, ages eleven, four and one by three other women.
With a history of fitted cropped tops and high slit skirts with an extra sexy appeal, the “Body Party” singer is undecided about her wedding theme and dress.
“I don’t know exactly what it is yet, but I do want it to be a little vintage-y, like something my mom would have worn, with a modern twist,” she says. “I have an idea of the feeling I would love. I want to go a little throwback.”
The couple’s wedding date has not been revealed.
