The reality show that made network history in its first season, averaging over one million viewers, returns to the pulpit for a second season. The series delivered digital success with more full episode streams per week in a season than any other Oxygen original series, and was a top 10 most social cable reality program in October and November 2013 for the network.
“Preachers of L.A.“, despite controversy and harsh criticism from high-profile Christian leaders, Bishop Noel Jones, Minister Deitrick Haddon, Bishop Clarence McClendon, Pastor Jay Haizlip, Pastor Wayne Chaney, and Bishop Ron Gibson will return to a screen near you on Oxygen on Wednesday, August 20 at 10:00 p.m. EST.
The first season left audiences wondering about the status of Haddon and new wife Domonique’s second pregnancy, Jones and Loretta’s relationship, and a life-altering decision in the Chaney household after Myesha shed 40 pounds and was appointed to work with her husband in clergy.
