Make ‘em say UHHH! NA NA NA NA!
According to Romeo, at this weekend’s Coachella there’s a No Limit reunion on deck – but the son of Master P. didn’t divulge any additional information about the news.
No Limit Records was the rap music staple 15 years ago. With a heavy roster including Mystikal, Silkk The Shocker, Mia X and C-Murder amongst others, No Limit dominated the music scene. From 1997-2000, the label released 51 albums. The label’s proprietor Master P, real name Percy Robert Miller, was so successful he never had to tour, something today’s artists depend heavily on.
He made a total of $350 million dollars in his musical career, expanding to television shows, movies, shoes and even an effort to play in the NBA. And it all started off his grandfather’s $10,000 insurance settlement.
As successful and iconic as the No Limit soldiers are, much of their music is out of print. Only a handful of titles are available on iTunes and Amazon.
