An anonymous San Diego Victoria’s Secret shopper unknowingly tried on bloody bikini bottom, and is of course disgusted.
To prep for bikini season, the woman shopped at the Victoria’s Secret at the University Town Center, where she noticed dried menstrual blood on the sanitary lining after removing the bottoms. #Ugh.
According to the shopper:
“[The bikini bottoms] all had the plasticky sanitary strips in them, which I could feel when I was pulling them on. Obviously I left my underwear on, but as I was pulling off a pair of bikini bottoms, I noticed dried blood in the crotch! Not even a small drop – a quarter-sized amount, plus smears, all around the ‘sanitary strip’! It was awful. Somehow that garment had been picked up from the fitting room, PUT BACK ON ITS HANGER, and re-racked where I grabbed it to try on.”
After confronting the store’s manager, she was given hand sanitizer, a 30 percent off coupon, and a wave goodbye. The customer contacted the retailer’s customer service, but was given the runaround.
