The war rages on between Halle Berry and her baby’s father, Gabrielle Aubry, as she has asked a judge for permission to move to France with their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla.
According to TMZ, Berry has filed papers with a court requesting the move where her newly confirmed fiancé Olivier Martinez is staying. Sources say Aubry is not happy with her decision because it would keep him from being in contact with his daughter.
The hearing is still pending.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Berry wants to move to France for the well-being of herself and Nahla. She has reportedly received death threats from Robert Hoskins, a mentally unstable man, who escaped from a mental institution last week.
Hopkins has a history of threatening Madonna and trespassing on her property. Berry had a run in with a stalker herself who has recently been released from jail.
The request comes after the child endangerment investigation against Aubry last month where a nanny for the couple accused him of pushing her while holding Nahla.
The L.A. Department of Child and Family Services have requested that Nahla go to counseling and Aubry has agreed to take anger management classes.
