A few outlets are reporting that legendary Vogue editor Anna Wintour was not impressed by Miley Cyrus‘ VMA performance and has decided to pull her from the December cover. You mean, you don’t enjoy foam finger grinds, excessive tongue and frantic “twerking” Anna??
According to a source, “Anna found the whole thing distasteful. She decided, based on Cyrus’ performance, to take the cover in a different direction.” “Distasteful” is such a kind word for that performance.
Do you know how many people would kill for a Vogue cover? I can only imagine what it feels like to get one and then have it snatched away. I wonder if this will be enough to curb Cyrus’ twerking habits for good? I hope so, because ever since that damn VMA performance there have been scientific breakdowns of dances that I’ve seen since elementary school, and I don’t know if I can take one more news anchor saying “twerk” and giggling.
However, Gossip Cop is reporting that the whole story is false and Cyrus never had a Vogue cover to begin with. Either way, this debacle hasn’t seemed to do anything positive for Cyrus.
