The Hollywood father is now developing a comedy series to bring their everyday lives to the small screen.

Foxx and Jamie King are set to executive produce Dad, Stop Embarrassing Me for TBS, which was announced at Wednesday’s Turner Broadcasting upfront presentation. The synopsis reads:
Every teenager is embarrassed by his/her parents. But what if your dad decided to descend upon your life in every way? Inspired by Jamie Foxx’s relationship with his 19-year-old daughter, this comedy explores the dynamic between a parent and a child and all the embarrassment that comes with it.
Foxx and Marsh McCall will also serve as writers of the series.
