A grand jury has indicted the jet ski operator allegedly responsible for running over Tameka Raymond‘s 11-year-old son Kile Glover during a fatal accident last summer in Georgia, according to TMZ.
Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was arrested Friday morning after facing the court in Hall County, Georgia on Thursday. A District Attorney said Hubbard was charged with homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel and reckless operation of a vessel.

He is currently being held without bail, but a decision to release Hubbard on bail will come this weekend.
On July 8, Glover was struck by the jet ski driven by Hubbard while floating on an inner tube in Georgia’s Lake Lanier.
The young boy was hospitalized but never regained consciousness. He died on July 21.
