It’s the headline we’ve all been waiting for.
Nearly four years after the release of his Grammy Award-winning album BLACKsummers’night , neo-soul singer Maxwell is making his return to music with the second installment of his highly anticipated trilogy, Summers’.
On Friday, the 39-year-old crooner released the album’s cover art and tracklisting of a mere seven songs– two less than the series’ debut. But according to That Grape Juice, this is just a “partial tracklisting” to the project slated for 2013.
2009′s BLACKsummers’night boasted hits such as “Pretty Wings,” “Bad Habits” and “Fistful of Tears” and scored Best R&B Album and Best Male R&B Vocal Performance (“Pretty Wings”) at the 2010 Grammy Awards.
